Please provide a separate installation for silent install. Don't package all of the requirements in a "download" installer

It will not. It is a Windows program that requires the presence of Windows 2003+, MS Outlook 2003+, MS Word 2003+ and MS Excel 2003+. Otherwise, it's the best mortgage management software on the market and is generally thought of its users as without peers.
